How do I place an order?
You can place an order with Carol's Beads either by phone, by email, or the simpliest way is right off the web. Simply add the item(s) using the "Add To Cart" button. When ready to check out use any of the "View Cart" buttons located on our website. Ordering online is easy and secure! All orders are SSL Encrypted to safeguard your information.


How do I submit my resale number?
If you have a valid resale number and would like to use this with your purchase. First complete your order and press submit. When you come to the pages that asks for your payment, skip this. Then email me with your resale information and I will give you further instructions on purchasing. A new billing will be sent to you with the taxes removed. (You may email me a copy of your resale license).


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Personal Checks and Money Order. If you prefer to pay by check we will email you instructions or you can call us with your order at (530)926-0621. Personal checks may take up to 2 weeks to clear the bank. We do not ship merchandise until your check has cleared. If for some reason your check is return unpaid, we will need to charge a $30.00 fee.
NOTE - . Items paid with Paypal only ship to the Paypal "confirmed address". A confirmed address is the address where you receive your credit/debit card bill or statement or has been confirmed thru Paypal. If payment is by check or money order we will ship to any address within the 50 United States that you specify.


How soon will I receive my order?
Orders generally ship within 3 business days of receiving your order (except if you are paying by check). Mailing time usually averages 2-6 business days.


How is my order shipped and is it insured?
We ship via the US Postal Service - First Class. If you need an item faster, please let us know (shipping charges will apply).


How much will the shipping cost?
The cost of shipping is added to your shopping cart. You will be asked to select a form of shipping. The cost will be calculated and showed. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order anytime before placing it.


Is my personal information secure?
Our shopping cart is SSL Encrypted to safeguard your information.


What is your return policy?
All returns or exchanges require our authorization. You must notify us within 4 business days of delivery of your order to initiate a return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All returns for credit must be received by us within 10 business days of issuing you an RA number otherwise no credit or refund will be honored. We do not accept returns on special order, sale or clearance items. Any returned item should be packaged carefully and include all original packaging materials and tags. We suggest you return your item with an appropriate amount of insurance in the event of loss or damage. All items returned must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and include all parts and paperwork. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.


What if there is a problem with my order?
If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to correct the problem.

At Carol's Beads your privacy is important to us. All information collected on our site is kept confidential and will not be shared or sold in any way.
